New Orleans locals and Katrina: emotions still run high

Next month, we come upon the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, which devastated New Orleans. Looking back and speaking to some of the locals, we get an inside look at how this natural disaster became a man-made one; and how our response to the situation further tainted its name.
