In the world of music, women often get pigeon-holed into certain categories and types that, while not uncommon, are overly stereotypical and unfeminist. Combine that with our modern climate where feminism is getting cooler but isn’t *quite* there yet, and we have a unique situation.
So that brings us to Taylor Swift. Her latest hit single, “Bad Blood,” features women as the heroes and villains in a normal world. And guess what, it works.
