Does practice actually make perfect?

Motivational author and speaker T. Harv Eker once wrote:

Every master was once a disaster

But is that really true? Can we bypass natural talent by charging through our own handicaps–be they what they are–and join the ranks of the elite?

Or will the elite’s natural talent beat us out no matter how hard we #werk?
